1. Parents / Guardians will be expected to contact the institute after receiving the report of irregularity, indiscipline on the part of Student or about fee arrears to take appropriate action.
2. Students must be of good behavior and respectful in the theory, practical classes and around institute premises.
3. While in institute premises student must not meddle with any property they have been asked not to touch.
4. The centre Head / Higher authority reserves right to refuse admission to any student without assigning any reason or suspend or expel any student for insolence, insupportination, breach of rules etc.,
5. The institute management has the right and option to drop any student from the rolls of ascertaining their satisfaction that the continuance of such student is harmful to his own interest or in the interest of other students and in the case indiscipline, misbehavior, negligence, irregular attendance and any other serious and objectionable attitude. In all such cases the students will not be entitled to refund of any fee or to claim any damage.
6. The management reserves the right to modify or add to the above rules time to time as circumstances warrant.
7. Application and Identity card are valid only when sealed and signed. HI-TEK INFOYS COMPUTER Computer Training Institute.
8. Certification charges extra.
9. If some circumstances student will not collect/ issue their certificate after completion of the course then he will apply for certification along with application and Rs 200/-late fee charges per year.
10. Validity for Collection of certificate from institute is maximum of 2 years after completion of course. Not any certificate shall be issued after 2 years.
11. The students have to be very punctual in attending theory & practical classes.
12. The students must come to the institute with proper Identity Cards which will be issued at time of admission. Student coming without proper Identity Card may not be permitted to enter the institute.
13. The students applying for admission must read the prospectus carefully & convince himself that he qualifies for the training. In case, if in any part of the admission process or after the commencement of classes he is found to be ineligible, he may be expelled from the institute & no refund will be given in that case.
14. Students applying for the One year Diploma Course will not be allowed to shorten his/her course to the six-month-certificate course under any circumstances.
15. The institution has the right to reject the admission of any candidate without assigning any reason.
16. Minimum required attendance is 75 percent to appear in the Exams.
17. Forms will not be accepted after the last date
18. Incomplete / unsigned forms will be rejected.
19. Candidate must fill up the application form in his/her own hand writing.
20. Theory and practical classes will be held in alternate days.
21. After successful completion of the course institution issues Certificate.
22. Fees once paid not refundable/adjustable in any circumstances.
23. Mobile phones are not allowed in classrooms. If any urgent call student get permission from centre incharge.
24. Once the name of a student is struck-off due to non-payment of fee for more than 3 weeks from the due date, the student shall have to pay ` 500/- for readmission.
